How to use it: how to intake CBD oil
It is possible to utilize the CBD oil through sublingual intake: it is the most direct way and a few drops of dosage will be enough, wait about 30/60 seconds before swallowing to foster its complete absorption.
It is important to remember that is not possible to vape CBD oil. For vaping, it is preferable to use the pure crystals of CBD.
Dosage: how much oil is it possible to intake
It is always proper to personalize the dosage of something new that we are trying, either it is a medicine or a natural substance. The same rule applies for the CBD oil: personalize the quantity after a gradual start, monitoring your body’s reaction to the active principle.
It is possible to start with a minimum dosage of two drops in the morning and two drops in the evening, to slowly increase it to a maximum of ten drops of oil daily in case of a highly emotional stress period or persistent chronic pain.

What differentiates the three types of Enecta’s CBD Oil?
The three types of Enecta hemp oil differ from one another for their Cannabidiol concentration (300mg, 1000mg, 2400mg) available in the 10 ml bottle. The Premium Hemp Extract 3% is the so-called “entry-level”, and it allows our clients to try out the properties of the active principle, as well as the nutritional properties of the hemp oilseed.
The 10% version is used by those who take CBD more regularly and it is bought by the majority of our clients, for its balanced characteristics... Lastly, the 24% version is devoted to those that need to intake a higher cannabidiol concentration and that is very familiar with the properties and possible benefits that CBD has on our body.
Do the Enecta products contain THC?
The THC is completely removed from our products, therefore there can only be close to none traces, less than 0.2% defined by law.
Does CBD oil have collateral effects?
An audit of more than 130 articles published in the scientific literature quotes that even for high dosages of CBD (up to 1500mg/die) there are no significant collateral effects. Particularly no alteration of the main physiological parameters has been demonstrated (ex. Blood pressure and heart rate) nor alteration of psychomotor functions.
In the human aspect, minimum collateral effects have been found. Some studies primarily refer to diarrhea, fatigue, and appetite variation (more frequently a reduction rather than increase)
