Hot to use: how to take CBD oil
It is possible to use the CBD oil through sublingual intake: it is the most direct way to intake and it will be sufficient to dose a few drops and hold 30/60 seconds before swallowing to favor its complete absorption.
It is important to remember that it is not possible to vape the CBD oil. For vaping, it is preferable to use the crystals of pure CBD.
Dosage: how much oil is it possible to intake.
It is always appropriate to personalize the dosage of something new we are trying, whether it's a medication or a natural substance. The same suggestion applies to the CBD oil: personalize the quantity after you gradually started, monitoring your body’s reaction to the active principle.
It is possible to start with a minimum dosage of 2 drops in the morning and 2 in the evening, to move on to slowly increase it up to a maximum of 10 drops daily in the case of emotionally stressful periods or the presence of persistent chronic pain.

The extraction with liquid solvents (solvents included in the European Pharmacopoeia and which severely respect its limits) consists in the separation of the interesting components (ex. What differentiates the three types of Enecta CBD oil?
The three types of hemp oil-based on CBD differ from each other in the concentration of Cannabidiol (300mg, 1000mg, 2400mg) present in a 10 ml bottle. Premium Hemp Extract 3% is the so-called "entry-level", and allows our customers to test the properties of the active ingredients, as well as the nutritional properties of Hemp Seed Oil.
The 10% version is utilized by those that take CBD regularly and it is widely bought by the majority of our clients, for its balanced features.. Last but not least, the 24% version is suitable to those who have the necessity of a higher concentration of cannabidiol and that are very familiar with the properties and the possible beneficial effects that the CBD has on our organism.
To the Enecta products contain THC?
The THC is removed from our products, therefore only a minimum close to zero traces are present, less than 0.2%, incapable of generating unwanted and collateral effects.
Do the products contain soy or allergens?
The products can contain traces of soy deriving from the extraction of Vitamin E which is naturally present in the tocopherols.
Are the products Gluten-Free?
The hemp plants are naturally free of gluten and in the production premises of our CBD-based extracts we only use Hemp and its derivatives. However, to protect consumers and to exclude any type of process of contamination, the test is periodically carried out according to EU Regulation 828/2014 at accredited laboratories.
